Staff was directed to draft a procla-
mation on this subject.
Brager provided the Council with
background information how the City
insurance program is handled and
managed by his department. He also
informed them that, although the
insurance (liability) is coming due
on May 1st, that the City doesn't
have to go out for bids.
He noted that an insurance provider
had written each of the Council about
a proposal. He wanted to know what
the Council wanted the Staff to do
concerning this matter. The Council
told Staff to resolve the matter, by
having him submit his proposal to the
director to allow him to evaluate the
proposal.
