Rowley moved the hiring of Ruth
Tellinghuisen at the rate of $50.00
per meeting and that the affective
starting date would be as soon as
possible. Forslund seconded the
motion.
The motion carried.

Nelson announced that there would
be a meeting on Thursday, April 3rd
at 2:00 P.M. at City Hall for the
purpose of discussion with the
Halverson Developers concerning the
requirements for condominium proposal.
Nelson asked the Council whether or
not they wanted the City Attorney and
Planning Consultant at that meeting.
The Council responded that they did.
10. HALVERSON PROPOSAL MEETING
Nelson noted to the City Council that 11. NORTHSTAR INDUSTRIAL PARK
they had received, in their packets, (WATSON PROPERTY)
the Joint Powers Agreement Proposal
with the City of Blaine and the
Limited Use Permit with the State of
Minnesota, concerning a tract of land
owned by the State of Minnesota south
of the Watson property. He asked the
City Council if they had any major
problems concerning these documents
and also noted to them some of the
modifications that were made from
the original submissions.
Council noted that there were some
minor changes that needed to be made
which were duly noted by the Adminis-
trator and granted permission for the
Staff to submit these to the other
affected agencies.
Nelson asked the City Council for 12. M & E REALTY SILVER VIEW
their reactions to the memo written PARK
by the Building & Zoning Official and
a concept approval granted to M & E
Realty of March 24th. The Council
expressed a need for clarification on
point No. 2 of the Building & Zoning
Official's memo of March 28th. They
