wanted the section to reflect that
they approved the concept of the
lake, not necessarily the 180,000
cubic yard removal. The other comment
that Council expressed concern over
centered on the map contained in that
memo to insure that the trails were
included on the map which traversed
the lakeshore. In both instances,
the Administrator noted that the
appropriate corrections would be made.
The City Administrator noted a request 13. APRIL 7TH AGENDA SESSION
from the City Park & Recreation Commis-
sion to meet jointly with the City
Council on April 7th at 6:30 P.M. The
City Council concurred with their
requests.
Nelson brought the City Council up -to= 14. UNION NEGOTIATIONS
date on the current status of the
union negotiations. He requested
information from the City Council
regarding two issues; (1) concerning
the use of floating holidays and
(2) the list of heavy equipment. City
Council's position was to maintain
their preogatives as management.
Nelson submitted to the City Council
a Resolution 1099 which was a resolu-
tion expressing intent to participate
in a Joint Powers Agreement concerning
future grants from the LEAA. This
resolution did not commit the City to
expend any City funds nor obligated
them to sign any Joint Powers Agree-
ment. Hodges moved the adoption of
Resolution 1099 as submitted and it
was seconded by Ziebarth.

Nelson submitted to the City Council
numerous pieces of information which
required no action at this meeting.
Councilman Ziebarth asked if the City
had received the Bloomington Noise
Ordinance which would be investigated
by Staff. Mayor requested information
regarding notification to TRA concerning
