Mayor McCarty called the Special Meeting
to order at 6:02 P.M. at the Mounds View
City Hall Council Chambers.
1. CALL TO ORDER
Present Were: Councilmembers Forslund, 2. ROLL CALL
Rowley, Hodges, Ziebarth.
Staff Present: Nelson, Clerk - Administrator
Mayor stated that the Council had received 3. RESIGNATION
a letter of resignation from Sharon SHARON ACKERMANN
Ackermann. Rowley moved to accept the
resignation. Hodges seconded the motion.

The motion carried. 0 nays
Rowley moved to authorize the City Staff
to solicit applications for a Building
and Zoning Secretary. Ziebarth seconded
the motion.
The motion carried.

Mayor McCarty noted that the Council
had received a letter of resignation
from the Clerk- Administrator, effective
the 30th of April.
Hodges moved to accept the resignation
effective the 30th of April. Forslund
seconded the motion.
The motion carried.
