Ziebarth seconded the motion.

During the time between 6:30 and 7 :30 P.M.
the Council had a discussion with
Rod Kelsey of Stanton and Assoc. to
discuss the feasibility of completing
a Compensation Study for the non -union
employees. No decision was made or
required at this meeting.
