The Mounds View City Council was called to order 1. CALL TO ORDER
at 7:35 P.M. on April 14, 1980, by Mayor McCarty.
Members Present: McCarty, Forslund, Rowley, 2. ROLL CALL
Hodges and Ziebarth
Also Present: City Attorney Meyers and
Clerk- Administrator Nelson.
Corrections: 3. APPROVAL OF MARCH 31, 1980
MINUTES
1. Rowley - (Beginning with 2nd sentence
under #3 agenda item) "He had previously
prepared a memo regarding this matter, which
the Council had held over until this meeting date.
Following council directive regarding financial
department vacancy, Brager explained that he
felt the position should be upgraded to City
Accountant to assist him . . ."
2. McCarty - (Add to last sentence on
page two, agenda item #5) ". . . and report` back
to the Council the results of the evaluation."
3. McCarty - (Rewrite last sentence in
agenda item #15) "Mayor had requested information
regarding notification to TRA concerning the
City's position with respect to non- participation
in the Task Force. Nelson informed the Mayor that
the letter had been sent to TRA."
Rowley moved to adopt the March 31, 1980 minutes
as amended above. Forslund seconded the motion.
The motion carried.

Rowley made a motion, seconded by Hodges to
delay the approval of the March 24th minutes
until the next Council meeting.
The motion carried.
