Regular Meeting
April 14, 1980
Councilmember Rowley requested that Item A
be removed from the consent agenda and placed
upon the regular agenda for discussion.
The Mayor asked that Item B be removed from
the consent agenda and placed upon the regular
agenda for discussion.
Councilmember Forslund made a motion, seconded
by Councilmember Rowley that the consent agenda
be approved with the deletion of Item's A & B.
The motion carried.

10. ADMINISTRATOR REPORT -
(1) CONSENT AGENDA
Councilmember Rowley noted the following 11.
changes in the resolution contents:
1. (B -2) Add to first sentence . . .
as shown on the Pond grade plan with a mirrored
lake effect which may require additional depth
with a 3 foot minimum.
2. (B -3) Add to sentence . . . and the
development of a bituminous trail system to be
installed by the developer.
3. (B -4) Add to last part of sentence
. . . plus the addition of acreage from L.A.W.C.O.N.
funds and park dedication in the same site area
making for approximately 52.5 acres of park land.
4. (B -5) Reword part of first sentence to
say "That the proposed zoning for the parcel will
be roughly as presented to City Council on 3/29/80
with the . . ."
The Mayor made a motion to have a special Council
meeting to be held on April 21st at 7:00 P.M. to
go over this redraft. Rowley seconded the motion.
The motion was carried.

Following a general discussion, the Council
decided to discuss this item on May 21st
when a map of the proposal will be available.
Forslund made a motion to approve the hiring
of Steve Johnson, 7861 Groveland Road for
part -time employment not to exceed 100 days
at $4.00 /hour. The motion was seconded by
Ziebarth.
The motion was carried.
