The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling of
routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council.
The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion.
The motion for adoption is non - debatable and must receive unanimous
approval. By request of any individual Councilmember, any item can
be removed from the consent agenda and placed upon the regular
agenda for debate.
ITEM A. Authorize the Clerk /Administrator and Mayor to Execute
the Contract Amendment Dated May 20, 1980 in the
Amount of $3,000.00 With Northwest Associated Consultants,
Incorporated. A copy is attached.
ITEM B. Authorize Adoption of Resolution 1121 Approving the
Minor Subdivision of Leonard Kremer as shown on the
Surveyor's Certificate Dated 6 -2 -80. A copy is
attached.
ITEM C. Authorize Adoption of Resolution 1122 Approving Execution
of Development Agreement 80 -35 by the Clerk /Administrator
and Mayor with Leonard Kremer. A copy is attached.
ITEM D. Authorize the Survey Work for the City Topographical
Map to be done by Short - Elliott- Hendrickson, not to
Exceed $2,200.00.
ITEM E. Authorize Adoption of Resolution 1119 Regarding a City
Vehicle Usage Policy. A copy is attached.
ITEM F. Authorize Adoption of Resolution 1120 Approving the Hiring
of Part /Time Summer Park Help. A copy is attached.
ITEM G. Authorize the Clerk /Administrator to Appoint M.A.M.A. as
the City's Representative Regarding the Police Labor
320 Negotiations.
ITEM H. Set 7:00 p.m., June 30th, 1980 as a Special Session to
Review Clerk /Administrator Applications.
ITEM I. Authorize the Hiring of Doris Welty, 7841 Eastwood Road,
Part Time for Assistance in Elections at a Rate of
$3.10 per Hour not to Exceed 200 Hours.
ITEM J. Authorize Adoption of Resolution 1123 Regarding the
City's Recommendations of the Ramsey County Comprehensive
Plan.
