The Mounds View City Council was called to order at 1. CALL TO ORDER
7:30 P.M. on June 23, 1980 by Mayor McCarty.
Members Present: Forslund, Rowley (after 8:00 P.M.), 2. ROLL CALL
Hodges, Ziebarth, and McCarty.
Also Present: City Attorney Meyers, Acting Clerk -
Administrator Anderson, and Building & Zoning
Official Rose.
Forslund made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, to
adopt the minutes (dated Draft Copy #1, 6- 13 -80)
as presented.

3. APPROVAL OF 6 -9 -80 REGULAR
MEETING MINUTES
THE MOTION WAS CARRIED. (MOTION CARRIES)
Ziebarth made a motion, seconded by Forslund, to
adopt the minutes (dated Draft Copy #1 6- 18 -80)
as presented.

4. APPROVAL OF 6 -16 -80 SPECIAL
MEETING MINUTES
THE MOTION WAS CARRIED. (MOTION CARRIES)
Mayor McCarty asked if there were any residents
present who wished to make a request or comment
from the floor. There was no response.
Mayor McCarty noted that Resolution #1122 should
read (in the third paragraph) "Agreement #80 -35"
rather than "Agreement #80 -34." He also noted that
Item #H should read " . . . to review the 1980
budget and HNA."
Hodges made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth to
approve the consent agenda.
