agreement between the developer and the City shall
be entered into regarding a bond set at $1,000 /unit
to cover the landscaping, grading, paving, and sodding
procedures.

Forslund made an amendment to the main motion,
seconded by Rowley, that this approval is contingent
upon payment of consulting fees.

McCarty made an amendment to the amendment to the main
motion, seconded by Ziebarth, that none of the fore-
going be instigated until a letter of approval is
received by staff from the city engineer.

Forslund made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, to
approve Resolution #1125 (the resolution setting
guidelines for the tax exempt industrial development
bonds by the City).

McCarty made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth to waive
the reading of Resolution #1125.

Acting Clerk- Administrator Anderson indicated that 11.
out of the five finalists for the position, two
have withdrawn, two are set up for interview, and
one has not been able to be reached by staff.

10. INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE
BONDS - RESOLUTION #1125
Rowley made a motion, seconded by Hodges, that
Council will be meeting Saturday, July 19th, at
8:00 A.M. and Monday, July 21st, at 6:30 P.M. for
the purpose of interviewing candidates for the
administrator's position.

THE MOTION IS CARRIED.
Mr. Lloyd Bardwell, 8490 Knollwood Drive, was
present at the meeting. He reiterated what the
memo dated 7 -11 -80 (to the City Council from the
City Planning Technician) outlined as the problem.
