REPORT OF THE COUNCILMEMBERS Councilmember Rowley: (ROWLEY) - She asked staff what the status of the 4 -way stop at Ridge Lane and Irondale was. Acting Clerk- Administrator Anderson noted that the police chief is installing the four -way stop signs on a 60 day temporary basis at which time the police will decide if they should be permanently installed. Rowley made a motion, seconded by Forslund, that Council approve the recommendation by the police chief to install the two extra stop signs at the intersection of Ridge Lane and Irondale so that a four -way stop intersection can be tested for a 60 -day trial period. Ayes -5 Nays -0 THE MOTION CARRIES. - She distributed copies of a Resolution #1127 to the Council (delay amendment process for City Comprehensive Plan). Rowley made a motion, seconded by McCarty, that Resolution #1127 be adopted (copies of which were distributed to Council tonight). Ayes -5 Nays -0 4 -WAY STOP RIDGE LANE /IRONDALE (MOTION CARRIES) RESOLUTION #1127 THE MOTION CARRIES. (MOTION CARRIES) Councilmember Forslund: (FORSLUND) - She asked what the status of the fence around the apartment complex on Highway 10. Attorney Meyers informed the Council that Staff was directed to notify the property owner that the fence should either be maintained or remodeled to avoid further purblic nuisance. At this time, there has been no comment from the owner.
