McCarty made a motion, seconded by Hodges to
authorize the city finance director to add
coverage to the City's insurance policy that
would include the employee using his /her
private vehicle while on City business.

Nays -0
THE MOTION CARRIES.
The Council further directed this particular
city employee to use the city vehicle for
city business only and if he was out on
personal business and got beeped, he could
use his personal car (keeping a voucher
with the mileage recorded). He would then
be reimbursed for the use of his personal
car.
Ziebarth made a motion, seconded by Rowley to
adjourn the meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:45 P.M.
