The Mounds View City Council was called to order at 1. CALL TO ORDER
7:35 P.M. on July 28, 1980 by Mayor McCarty.
Members Present: Forslund, Rowley, Ziebarth, and 2. ROLL CALL
Mayor McCarty.
Members Absent: Hodges
Also Present: Acting Clerk- Administrator Anderson
and Building & Zoning Official Rose.
Corrections: 3. APPROVAL OF JULY 14 REGULAR
MEETING MINUTES
Rowley: (Page 1, paragraph 3): Change the
spelling of "Campel" to "Kampel ".
(Page 1, paragraph 5): Change "STM"
to "SDM" fund.
(Page 3, paragraph 4): Strike the phrase
"it is going to the Supreme Court".
(Page 8, paragraph 1): Change the
Aye votes to a count of "5" instead of "6 ".
Ziebarth:(Page 2, paragraph 2): Change "Festivities
Chairman" to read "Festivities Liaison ".
(Page 6, Resolution #1127 motion): Add to
the motion "This is a resolution to delay the time the
cities have to respond to the document on the amendment
process for city comprehensive plans ".
Rowley made a motion, seconded by Forslund to adopt the
minutes of July 14, 1980 as corrected.

Nays -0
The Mayor asked if there were any comments or requests 4.
from the residents on the floor. There was no response.
Councilmember Rowley asked that Item #D be removed
from the consent agenda. Mayor McCarty asked that
Item #L be removed from the consent agenda.
THE MOTION WAS CARRIED
Forslund made a motion, seconded by Rowley to approve
the consent agenda with the removal of Item's D and L.

Nays -0
