The Mounds View City Council was called to
order at 7:36 P.M. on August 11, 1980 by
Mayor McCarty.
Members Present: Forslund, Hodges, Ziebarth,
and Mayor McCarty.
Members Absent: Rowley
Also Present: Acting Clerk-Administrator Anderson,
City Attorney Meyers, and Building & Zoning
Official Rose.

Corrections: 3. APPROVAL OF JULY 28,
1980 REGULAR MEETING
Hodges: (Page 2, #7., second paragraph) MINUTES
The motion should read "seconded by Ziebarth",
not "Hodges".
McCarty: (Page 4, #10, second line of the
motion) After Resolution #1131, include "(a
resolution approving the subdivision of lands to
be known as Bayport Acres)".
(Page 4, 10, second line of the
second motion) After Resolution #1132, include
"(a resolution which approves Development Agree-
ment No. 80-36)".
(Page 7, 4th paragraph). Should read
"The Ardan Avenue ditch" not "bridge".
MOTION:
Forslund made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, to
adopt the minutes of July 28, 1980 as corrected.
Ayes-3
Nays-0
Abstentions-1 (Hodges-He was not present at the last
meeting and he wished to abstain from voting.)
Hodges made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, to
adopt the minutes of August 4, 1980 as presented.
