8. APPROVAL OF 8-25-80
CITY COUNCIL MINUTES
-Page 5, #8 motion, should read in the
second line "...to adopt Resolution #1148,
the shorter version (outline of Mounds . .
-Page 6, #12 motion, should include the roll
call vote (which was taken but not documented
in these minutes): Forslund, Rowley, Ziebarth,
and Mayor McCarty all voted "aye".
Forslund:
-Page 6, #11, 1st sentence, 2nd paragraph,
should read "...project should be completed .."
-Page 6, #11, motion, should read "...to authorize
staff to rent two chippers for another additional
week, at a cost of S900.00 ($450.00/chipper)..."
MOTION:
Rowley made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, to adopt the
minutes of August 25, 1980, as amended.
Ayes-5 Nays-0
MOTION CARRIES.
Councilmember Forslund noted that the Consent Agenda 9. CONSENT AGENDA
should read, in Item /4B, the City's proposed annual APPROVAL
1981 budget.
MOTION:
Rowley made a motion, seconded by Forslund, to approve
the consent agenda (with the noted correction on Item B)
andindispense with the reading of the resolutions.
Ayes-5 Nays-0
Councilmember Rowley suggested to Council that a
special presentation by Council to Ms. Quaife be made
at a future Council meeting. It was also agreed that
each of the Councilmembers' signatures would be added to
the Resolution.
