SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW
September 15, 1980
7:00 p.m.
Mayor McCarty called the Special Meeting 1. CALL TO ORDER
to order at 7:08 p.m. at the Mounds View
City Hall Council Chambers.
Members Present - Councilmembers Forslund, 2.
Ziebarth, Hodges, Rowley, and Mayor McCarty
Also Present - Clerk - Administrator Pauley
Councilmember Hodges made a motion, seconded 3.
by Ziebarth, to approve the hiring of water
meter readers for the 1980 annual readings.

NAYS -0
MOTION CARRIES
Councilmember Rowley recommended that the
readers be briefed on policies and pro-
cedures and future readers be advertised
for.
The first reading of Ordinance No. 297 -
Disposition of City Property, was made by
Mayor McCarty.
Councilmember Forslund made a motion,
seconded by Ziebarth, to approve the first
reading of Ordinance No. 297 - Disposition
of City Property.
