Mayor McCarty:
1. He has sent the revised policy 39
guidelines to the Planning Commission
for their review and comments.
2. The City is advertising for bids on
the surplus vehicles.
3. The City Hall can be used for storm
shelters. Citizens can call police
if they need the shelter and a police-
man will be assigned to help them while
they are using the City Hall for storm
shelter.
MOTION:
Rowley made •a motion, seconded by Ziebarth,
to adjourri the September 22, 1980 regular
City Council meeting.
