Mayor McCarty called the Special
Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. in
the Mounds View City Hall Council
Chambers.
Members Present: Councilmembers
Forslund, Rowley, Hodges, Ziebarth
and Mayor McCarty
Staff Present: Clerk - Administrator

Councilmember Forslund made a motion,
seconded by Ziebarth, to approve the
second reading of Ordinance No. 297,
waive the reading, and adopt Ordinance
No. 297.

MOTION CARRIES
Councilmember Hodges made a motion,
seconded by Ziebarth, to adopt
Resolution No. 1164 releasing
securities for Development Agreement
80 -34.

to adjourn the meeting at 5:25 p.m.,
seconded by Rowley.
