1. He will be attending a Youth Service Bureau meeting
tomorrow morning and will report back to the Council®

Mayor:
1® He attended a testimonial dinner on behalf of the
Council last weekend for Mrs. Alverna Roller, State
President of the VFW Womens Auxiliary of the Cootie,
who is a dynamic, energetic lady. He presented
a proclamation on behalf of the Council to her®
2. He has been notified by Ken Breske that he wishes
to become a regular Planning Commission member®
Council will interview him and potential member
designate candidates at the next agenda session.
Pauley: 11. REPORT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR
1. Resolution 1178 ( designation of polling places )
is required to be adopted by the Council for the
general election.
MOTION:
Rowley made a motion, seconded by Forslund, to
adopt Resolution 1178 ( designation of
polling places)
Ayes -5
Nays -0
MOTION CARRIED.
20 Bids on 4 of the 8 surplus vehicles have been
submitted.
MOTION:
Rowley made a motion, seconded by Hodges to accept
the high bids on the 4 surplus vehicles:
1977 Plymouth Fury 4 -door (two)
1967 Chevrolet Pickup
1978 Ford LTD II -4 door
