MOTION:
McCarty made a motion, seconded by Rowley, to
authorize Administrator Pauley to dispose of
the remaining 4 surplus vehicles in whatever
manner he determined appropriate:

Nays -0

1970 Ford Econoline
1976 Plymouth Grand Fury- 4 door
MOTION CARRIED.
3. He noted the resignation letter from the current
recording secretary, Ruth Tellinghuisen, dated
October 14, 1980.
Mayor McCarty asked the recording secretary if
she would reconsider the resignation if the
various problems noted in the memo could be
addressed and possibly resolved. The recording
secretary, Ruth Tellinghuisen, agreed to this
request. She noted, however, that she would
consider the resignation from the Planning Commission
still to be effective immediately and the Council
to be effective November 1, 1980, unless some
point of resolution was reached before that time.
Pauley noted this would be discussed at the next
Council meeting and the Chairperson of the Planning
Commission would be asked to attend that discussion.
The Council took a recess at 8:25 P.M.
The Council resumed the meeting at 8:45 P.M.

Forslund made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth,
to remove this item from the table.
Ayes -5
Nays -0
MOTION CARRIED.
12. DYNAMIC DESIGNERS
DEVELOPMENT REQUEST
Case 43 -79
Official Rose noted that this item was tabled on February 11,
1980, in order to have the applicant receive approval from
Rice Creek Watershed District. This approval has now been
obtained. Official Rose went over the site plan.
City Engineer Boxrud reviewed the significance of the drainage
proposal study and the considerations regarding it.
There were no comments or questions from the floor.
