Official Rose and Engineer Boxrud updated Council
on the status of the agreement and reviewed the
Plan #2 (dated October 10, 1980).
MOTION:
Ziebarth made a motion, seconded by Forslund,
that the Council agrees to the revised October 10,
1980, Oak Lake Park Pond, Moundsview, Minnesota,
Kraus /Anderson Company development modification
and that the Council authorizes the Mayor and
the City Administrator to sign the necessary
documents conveying the title of properties
discussed (Plan #2, dated October 10, 1980).

Rowley made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, to 15. ADJOURNMENT
adjourn the October 14, 1980, City Council meeting.
