MOTION: McCarty made a motion, seconded by
Forslund, to address the front end loader
repairs as a separate item from the revenue
sharing hearing.

MOTION CARRIED.
Mayor McCarty noted for the audience that
revenue sharing was the return of tax dollars
from the federal government to the City and
that the citizens could have input as to how
this money was spent. There were no comments
from the audience.
MOTION: Ziebarth made a motion, seconded by
Hodges, to approve the revenue sharing budget
as proposed with the addition of $9,200 for
the repairs of the front end loader giving a
total proposed expenditure of $163,897 and a
balance of $4,539.

MOTION CARRIED.
The public hearing closed at 8:10 P.M.
The regular meeting re- opened at 8 :10 P.M.
MOTION: Ziebarth made a motion, seconded by
Forslund to authorize a $9,200 loan from the
water account for the repairs of the front end
loader to be reimbursed by the revenue sharing
in 1981.

MOTION: Hodges made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth,
to approve the October 7, 1980, Public Hearing
minutes as submitted.
