Hodges: He would like to see the Mayor's message in
the Newsletter coordinated with the Council before
it went to publication. He also discussed the impor-
tance of presenting the information to the public in
a clear, informative manner so they will be able to
interpret the information accurately.
Pauley: 14. REPORT OF THE CLERK -
ADMINISTRATOR
1. Noted resignation of Donna Bowman from the Lakeside
Park Commission, effective 1 -1 -81. (Councilmember
Rowley also noted at this time that other people whose
terms are nearly up should notify Council if they wish
to be re- appointed or if they are resigning. She asked
Mr. Pauley to draw up a letter regarding this to be
sent out to the various people involved.)
2. The next agenda session will include recommendations
from Council for possible budget changes.
MOTION:Rowley made a motion, seconded by Ziebarth, to 15. ADJOURNMENT
adjourn the October 27, 1980 City Council meeting.
