The Mounds View City Council was called to
order at 7:30 P.M. on November 10, 1980, by
Acting Mayor Hodges.
1® CALL TO ORDER
Members Present: Rowley, Ziebarth, and 2. ROLL CALL
Acting Mayor Hodges.
Members Absent: Councilmember Forslund
and Mayor McCarty.
Also Present: Clerk /Administrator Pauley and
Building and Zoning Official Rose®
Acting Mayor Hodges presented Jim Benolkin a
plaque from the City of Mounds View recog-
nizing him as the 1980 American Motorcycle
Association Motocross National Champion.

Acting Mayor Hodges also presented a
plaque to Mr, Robert Anderson, who is retiring
from the Spring Lake Park /Blaine /Mounds View
Fire Department after 30 years of faithful
service® (Resolution #1172)®
MOTION: Rowley made a motion, seconded by
Ziebarth, to approve the October 27 regular
meeting minutes as submitted®
Ayes -3
Nays -0
MOTION CARRIED.
MOTION: Rowley made a motion, seconded by
Ziebarth, to approve the November 3rd special
meeting minutes as submitted.
