Administrator Pauley noted that the 1980 long
term financial plan distributed to Council should
be used as a working paper rather than a formal
binding statement.
MOTION: Ziebarth made a motion, seconded by Rowley,
to set a public hearing for the long range financial
plan for December 8, 1980, at 7:30 P.M.

Nays -0
MOTION CARRIED.
16. ADJOURNMENT
Ziebarth made a motion, seconded by Rowley to adjourn
the November 10, 1980 regular meeting.
Ayes -3
Nays -0
MOTION CARRIED.
The meeting adjourned at 9:10 P.M.
