MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL November 24, 1980 <br />Regular Meeting Page Five <br />Rose (continued): <br />4. The Planning Commission will be meeting formally <br />the first Wednesday of each month (they have <br />been meeting the first and third Wednesday of <br />each month) only and the third Wednesday will be <br />scheduled as a work session only. <br />Meyers: 14. ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />1. Arlin Wolf has sent another revised proposal which <br />he has not had a chance to review. He will be <br />contacting them to determine the reason for the <br />continuous revisions. <br />2. He would like to meet with the Council at the <br />next agenda session (12 -1 -80) to discuss the <br />charter interpretations of Chapter 7.08. <br />Rowley: <br />No report. <br />Hodges: <br />He received a letter regarding noise monitoring and <br />he referred this to Clerk- Administrator Pauley. <br />Ziebarth: <br />No report. <br />McCarty: <br />No report. <br />15. REPORT OF THE COUNCIL - <br />MEMBERS <br />Pauley: 16. REPORT OF THE ADMINISTRATOR <br />1. He has been contacted by the government training <br />service to be a panelist at a workshop they are <br />having on state planning and zoning sessions. He <br />asked if the Council had any objections to him <br />performing in this capacity. The Council stated <br />they had no objections to this request. <br />
