3. She asked what the status of
the wetland ordinance was. (Administrator
Pauley noted that he would be reviewing a
draft of the ordinance with Attorney Meyers
and the Council next Monday).
Blanchard: No report.
Doty:
1. On January 15th, the three
bidders selected for the park plan for
Silverview will be interviewed. (He attended
the Parks Commission meeting last Thursday).
McCarty:
1. He asked Administrator Pauley to
provide a list to the Council of all the
board commissioners starting dates.
2. He reviewed the liaison positions
of the Council members with the other Commissions.
Clerk- Administrator Pauley:
1. He distributed calendar to the
Council designating the code review dates.
2. He distributed a memo from
Parks and Recreation Director Anderson regarding
the placement of fire extinguishers in the warming
houses, installation of emergency exit doors, and
replacement of existing heaters. The Council
discussed the potential vandalism regarding the
placement of fire extinguishers.
MOTION: McCarty made a motion, seconded by Doty, to
direct staff to get formal bids on the addition
of the emergency doors in the warming houses by
the skating rinks.

MOTION: Forslund made a motion, seconded by Hodges, 16. ADJOURNMENT
to adjourn the January 12, 1981, City Council meeting.
