and Mayor McCarty

Pauley
Mayor McCarty opened the meeting by
stating that the Clerk- Administrator
needed direction from the new City

on January 25, 1981, in order for
the staff to have clear understanding
of the direction the new City Council
wishes to pursue. Mayor McCarty
stated that he felt that whatever
projects were instigated by the old
City Council, such projects would have
to be reaffirmed by the new City
Council prior to the implementation.
Councilmember Doty stated that his
major concerns for the next few years
would be the level of revenues the
City would be receiving and the need
to keep expenditures under control.

after the January 25, 1981 work session
and only when he is convinced that
filling of the position is necessary
