January 26, 1981
The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling of
routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council.
The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The
motion for adoption is non - debatable and must receive unanimous
approval. By request of any individual Councilmember, any item can
be removed from the consent agenda and placed upon the regular agenda
for debate.
ITEM A. Reschedule February 16, 1981 Agenda Session for 7:00 p.m.

ITEM B. Adopt Resolution No. 1232 - Resolution Establishing Municipal
State Aid Street
ITEM C. Adopt Resolution No. 1229 - Resolution Approving the 1981
Labor Agreement Between the Metropolitan Management
Association and I.U.O.E. Local 49, AFL -CIO
ITEM D. Authorize Letting of Bids for Janitorial Service for 9:00
a.m., February 17, 1981
ITEM E. Authorize Preliminary Study from City Engineer to
Determine Feasibility for Enclosing Drainage Ditch by
