Corrections:
Forslund:
1. (Page 1, #3, 1st paragraph) -The
name of the Center should read
"St. Croix Valley Girl Scout
Center".
2. (Page 7, #14, last paragraph) -
Include at the very end "...
at Coon Rapids City Hall."
MOTION: Doty made a motion, seconded by
Blanchard, to approve the January 12, 1981,
regular meeting minutes as corrected.
Ayes -5
Nays -0
MOTION CARRIED.
MOTION: Forslund made a motion, seconded by
Hodges, to approve the January 19, 1981 special
meeting minutes.
Ayes -5
Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED.
There was no response.
Councilmember Doty asked to remove Items. E and H.
Councilmember Blanchard asked to remove Item G.
Councilmember Forslund asked to remove Item F.
Mayor McCarty asked to remove Item B.
MOTION: Doty made a motion, seconded by Forslund,
to approve the consent agenda (eliminating Items
B,E,F,G, and H) and to waive the readings of the
resolutions.
Ayes -5
Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED.
Forslund -Will discuss Item F in her report near
the end of the meeting.
Doty -(Item E) He noted that he hesitated authorizing
a preliminary study from the city engineer without
an approximate estimate of the cost that would be
involved. Administrator Pauley noted that he had
only asked for a rough estimate from the city engineer
and that the study would involve determining what
needs to be done and how much it would cost. The
cost of the study would not include plans and speci-
fications.
