The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The motion for adoption is non - debatable and must receive unanimous approval. By request of any individual Councilmember, any item can be removed from the consent agenda and placed upon the regular agenda for debate. ITEM A. Adopt Resolution No. 1235 - Resolution of Appreciation to the Nation of Algeria ITEM C. Adopt Resolution No. 1236 - Resolution Amending Resolution No. 1072 Appointing a Responsible Authority and Assigning Duties ITEM D. Adopt Resolution No. 1237 - Resolution Appointing Mr. Ed Letendre to the Mounds View Parks and Recreation Commission ITEM E. Adopt Resolution No. 1238 - Resolution Authorizing the Installation of a Speaker Phone and Transfer of Funds ITEM F.
