The Mounds View City Council was called
to order at 7:30 P.M. on February 9,
1981, by Acting Mayor Forslund.
Members_presept: Blanchard, Doty, and
Forslund.
Members absent: McCarty and Hodges
Others present: City Attorney Meyers,
Clerk-Administrator Pauley, and Building/
Zoning Official Rose.
Corrections:
Doty:
1. Page 5, 3rd paragraph, last
sentence: Eliminate "to
control".
2. Page 5, 5th paragraph: Eliminate
entire 5th paragraph.
Forslund:

1. Page 6, 1st paragraph under the
Report of Forslund, 1st sentence:
Should read "She asked Administrator
Pauley to provide the council with
a copy of the qualifications for all
department heads as set by the Stanton
survey."
There was some discussion among the council if
they had agreed to support the $20,000 contingency
fund amount as presented by Administrator Pauley
at the 1-26-81 meeting. Administrator Pauley
noted that he had proceeded with the understanding
that the council had provided that support and had
prepared the final draft with the other two city
administrators and attorneys. This final contract
should be presented to the Council for their appro-
val at the next regular meeting.
