3. He needed approval to return excess
monies from Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Vino received
by the city for the subdivision rezoning request
which was approved last year.
MOTION: Forslund made a motion, seconded by
Doty to approve Check #17157 in the amount of
$314.67 to be refunded to Mr. Franklin Veno.
Ayes -3
Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED.
The Council recessed at 9:40 p.m.
and re- convened at 9:45 p.m.
FORSLUND: 14. Report of the
Councilmembers
MOTION: Forslund made a motion, seconded by
Doty to accept the 1980 yearly police report
received by the Council from Police Chief
Grabowski.
Ayes -3
Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED.
1. She attended a sewage /sludge meeting
in Coon Rapids recently. She gave a copy of
the report to Administrator Pauley.
2. The proposed Blaine /MnDot /Mounds View
Limited Use Permit recommendations from the
Planning Commission will be presented to Council
in the next few weeks.
3. The Planning Commission accepted the
final draft of the housing plan at their last
meeting. Meetings are scheduled for Feb. llth
and Feb. 25th (if necessary) to discuss the
capital improvements program.
BLANCHARD /DOTY:
They both commented on the informative League
meeting they recently attended on January 31st.
Many of the League's suggestions were already
being implemented by Mounds View.
PAULEY: 15. Report of the
Administrator
1. He presented Resolution No. 1241
Requesting the Placement of Certain County
Road Improvement Projects on the 1981 Com-
prehensive Transportation Plan for Ramsey County.
He stated that this would be the first step in
getting the County to undertake these
projects.
