Ayes -4 Nays -0 MOTION CARRIES Building and Zoning Official Rose pre- sented the maps which were proposed to be included as Exhibit A. The Council approved Exhibit A to include the Water Resources map from Ramsey County Soil and Water Conservation District, City maps of the wetlands and wetland data sheets from the Ramsey County Soil and Water Conservation District. Councilmember Hodges made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Forslund, to adopt Ordinance No. 301 as amended. Ayes - Forslund, Hodges, Doty and McCarty Nays - 0 MOTION CARRIES Councilmember Forslund made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Doty to authorize the Clerk - Administrator to advertise for the position of Recording Secretary at the budgeted amount of $55 per meeting, interview applicants, and recommend the hiring of an applicant to the City Council. Ayes - 4 Nays - 0 MOTION CARRIES Building and Zoning Official Rose ad- vised the Council that Mr. Ken Sjodin, representing the Gayle Addition Plat, was present and that all documents regarding the modification of the plat would be submitted for consideration by the Council at their next regular meeting.
