Regular Meeting
February 23,1981
Mounds View City Hall

The Mounds View City Council was called to
order at 7:30 P.M. on February 23, 1981,
by Mayor McCarty.
Members present: Hodges, Forslund, Doty,
and Mayor McCarty.
Members absent: Blanchard (on vacation)
Others present: Clerk - Administrator Pauley
and Building & Zoning Official Rose.
Mayor McCarty introduced Shannon Quinn, the
new reporter of the New Brighton Bulletin
present at the meeting tonight. She will be
replacing Jim Schwartz.
MOTION: Doty made a motion, seconded by
Forslund to approve the February 5, 1981
special meeting minutes.
Ayes -4 Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED.
Corrections:
Doty:
Page 6, second motion: He noted
that a resolution could not be passed
without 3 or more affirmative votes
from the Council (this vote had 2 ayes
and 1 nay). He stated to insert t °Motion
fails because of lack of 3 or more
affirmative votes from Council." (This
was for Resolution #1242).
Forslund:
1. Page 4, 2nd paragraph: Correct
spelling is "Wilmus Property, Inc."
2. Page 5, #14, 3rd paragraph: Should
read "The proposed Blaine, Moundsview
and MnDOT limited use permit ....
