The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling of
routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council.
The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The
motion for adoption is non - debatable and must receive unanimous
approval. By request of any individual Councilmember, any item can
be removed from the consent agenda and placed upon the regular agenda
for debate.
ITEM A. Accept Contract with Ehlers and Associates, Inc. for
Financial Consultant Services
ITEM B. Approve the 1981 Tree Contract for the Removal of Trees and
Stumps, and Related Tree Services on Public and Private
Properties and Set the Bid Opening for Friday, March 27, 1981
ITEM C. Approve March, 1981 Utility Accounting Clerk Position
Description, Reclassify Position to Level 0 -V and Delete
Previously Adopted Utility Billing Clerk Position

ITEM D. Adopt Resolution No. 1253 - Resolution Requesting Considera-
