MOTION: Councilmember Hodges made a motion, seconded by Doty to approve the March 9, 1981, Special and Regular Meeting Minutes as corrected. Ayes -4 Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. MOTION: Councilmember Doty made a motion, seconded by Hodges to accept the Minutes of the March 12, 1981, Special Meeting as received. Ayes -4 Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. MOTION: Councilmember Doty made a motion, seconded by Hodges to accept the Minutes of the March 16, 1981, Special Meeting as received. Ayes -4 Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. Mayor McCarty stated that he had been con- tacted by a resident asking why bids had been accepted by the City Council for the two police cars at the Special Meeting of March 16, 1981. Mayor McCarty stated that by accepting the bids at that meeting, the City would be able to save approximately $1,800 on the two vehicles. REGULAR MEETING CLOSED: 7:40 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING OPENED: 7:40 p.m. Official Rose stated that he had contacted Mr. Spagenski and that he had indicated that someone would be in attendance for this hear- ing, but that no one had yet arrived. MOTION: Councilmember Doty made a motion, seconded by Blanchard to delay the public hear- ing until the representative for this proposal arrived. Ayes -4 Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED. 4.
