The Mounds View City Council was called to
order at 7:32 p.m., on April 13, 1981, by
Mayor McCarty,
MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard,
Doty, Forslund, Hodges, and Mayor McCarty.
ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Meyers, Clerk/
Administrator Pauley, and Parks, Recreation
and Forestry Director Anderson.
Corrections:
Blanchard: Page 12, 1st paragraph, last
line, should be Spring Lake instead of
Silver Lake.
McCarty: Page 8, paragraph 8, should read:
Mr. Baumgartner stated that he would
strongly object to opening up residential
property for trucks.

Minutes.
MOTION: Councilmember Doty made a motion,
seconded by Councilmember Hodges to accept
the Minutes of the March 23, 1981, Regular
Meeting as corrected.
Ayes -4
Nays -0
Abstention -1 (Councilmember Forslund abstained
because she had not attended the
meeting because of an excused absence).
MOTION CARRIED

section of the Ordinance.
