MOTION: Mayor McCarty made a motion,
seconded by Councilmember Forslund,to adopt
Resolution 1248 as amended.

Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED.
MOTION: Councilmember Forslund made a motion,
seconded by Councilmember Hodges to approve
the second reading of Ordinance No. 302.
Ayes -5
Nays -0 MOTION CARRIED.

No. 302.
MOTION: Councilmember Forslund made a motion,
seconded by Councilmember Hodges to adopt
Ordinance No. 302.

Dan Snare, 5138 Long Lake Road, is in favor
of the truck Ordinance. He said that he had
turned in a petition some time ago. He gave
copies of the former petition to the Council
which was in favor of the original Ordinance.
Harold Finney, 7624 Spring Lake Road, owns a
new dump truck. He parks it at home. He
can't park the truck at the construction site
because of vandalism.
