Discussion in length took place regarding the
security deposit.
Mr. Donatelle stated that he would pursue the
purchase of additional land.
MOTION: Mayor McCarty made a motion, seconded
by Councilmember Hodges to adopt Resolution No.
1282 for the remodeling of Donatelle's Supper
Club, and further that a $500 administrative
escrow would be required to cover administrative
costs.

Official Rose stated that the developer of 12. Order Feasibility Study
Silver Lake Woods was petitioning for 100 percent for P.U.D. - Silver Lake
of the improvements. Official Rose reviewed the Woods - Resolution No.
request. He stated that staff was recommending 1283.
the ordering of a public hearing to order a
Feasibility Study. He stated that the cost of the
Feasibility Studay was going to be $8,000, and that
fees would be submitted by the applicant.
MOTION: Councilmember Forslund made a motion,
seconded by Councilmember Blanchard to adopt
Resolution 1283 and to waive the reading of the
Resolution.

MOTION: Councilmember Forslund made a motion,
seconded by Councilmember Doty setting a public
hearing on June 8, 1981, at 7:40 p.m. for a
Planned Unit Development petition, subdivision,
and zoning, and public improvement according to
Chapter 26 for the Silver Lake Woods Proposal.

Parks /Recreation and Forestry Director 13. 1st Quarter 1981 - Staff
Anderson made a presentation of the Parks/ Report
of the Parks /Recreation Department 1st quarter
report.
Summary of Report:
- 150 baseball and softball teams for the summer,
totally run by volunteers.
- There are 48 teams on the Irondale Baseball Assoc.
- Specifications are being completed for Silver View
Park.
