Councilmember Doty read the Food Establishment Inspection Report that had been made by the Health Deparment. Further that a reinspection will be made in 10 days and that all of the violations will have to be corrected by that time. It was stated that Mr. Hartinger had signed the report, but Mr. Hartinger stated that he had not received a copy of the report and therefore had not made all of the corrections cited. MOTION: Mayor McCarty made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Forslund to table further action until the June 8, 1981, Meeting. 5 ayes 0 nays MOTION CARRIED. PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED: 9:33 P.M. REGULAR MEETING RE- OPENED: 9:34 P.M. Clerk /Administrator Pauley read the proposed Resolution. Summary of Discussion: - That by all standards they are calling this proposed intermediate airport a minor airport. - That they were proposing percision instruments for landing systems. 10. Consideration of Resolution No. 1289 - Requesting Public Hearing on the Anoka County- Blaine Airport Master Plan. - That the report for the May 14, 1981, hearing had been received on May 13, 1981. - Persons that had been interested through the years had received notification two days after the public ing had been held. - Council is requesting a public hearing to be held for input from other affected adjoining cities. - That the Airport Plan falls within an intermediate classification instead of a minor. - That the people affected who should have been involved in the public hearing had not been involved. - In place homeowners that would be affected by traffic and noise from the Airport.
