MOTION: Mayor McCarty made a motion, seconded by
Councilmember Doty to adopt Resolution No. 1293
subject to all of the requirements in staff
recomendations of May 21, 1981.

It was stated that Mr. Greg S. Kelley was
not in attendance.
MOTION: Mayor McCarty made a motion, seconded by
Councilmember Forslund to table this requst until
the person who is asking for the Variance is
present.

Discussion took place regarding Item B, relating 13. Consent Agenda.
Fencing of Water Tower No. 1 and Public Works
Garage.
Jerry Linke, discussed the need for sufficient
parking especially now during t -ball and softball
games.
Clerk /Administrator Pauley discussed the proposed
storage area.
Mr. Linke stated that being the park is involved he
would like to see this issue brought before the
Planning Commission and Park Commission.
MOTION: Councilmember Forslund made a motion,
seconded by Councilmember Doty to table Item B of
the Consent Agenda.

Discussion took place on Item C of the Consent Agenda.
Clerk /Administrator Pauley stated that he wishes to
try to sell some of these items.
Discussion took place on Item E, placement of "No
Parking" signs. Clerk /Administrator Pauley stated
that this was being requested to open up visual sites.
Off- street parking was discussed.
Discussion on Item I - Councilmember Forslund stated
that the Planning Commission has requested that all
of the residents in the mobile home park be notified
of the public hearing for the Conditional Use Permit
request for a Motor Freight Terminal at 4841 -
Mustang Circle. Discussion in length took place
