on the notification of these residents. It was
stated that the mobile home residents adjacent to
the proposal would be notified, and that a notice
would be posted in the laundry facility for the
rest of the mobile home residents.
MOTION: Mayor McCarty made a motion, seconded by
Councilmember Blanchard to approve the Consent
Agenda (eliminating Items B, D, and Q) and to waive
the reading of the Resolutions.

Councilmember Forslund asked about the storage
cabinet and the five drawer file on Item D of
the Consent Agenda. Clerk /Administrator Pauley
stated that the storage cabinet would be used
for utility billing records in the front part of
the office area.
Councilmember Doty statd that he would like to
have the five drawer file for the Council Chambers
so that he would have a place to store some of his
materials.
Funds that would be used to cover these items was
discussed. Clerk /Administrator Pauley stated
that $833.00 had been saved on the dictaphones
and that this money would be used to cover these
items.
Councilmember Forslund stated that she would not
use the file in the Council Chambers.
Mayor McCarty stated that he also has no use for
it.
MOTION: Mayor McCarty made a motion, seconded by
Councilmember Doty to approve Item D of the Consent
Agenda, minus the five (5) drawer file cabinet as
noted in memo of May 19, 1981, and to waive the
reading of the Resolution.

Councilmember Forslund asked about the expenditure
of $5,325.83 to Short Elliott on Item Q of the
Consent Agenda. Clerk /Administrator Pauley
discussed this expenditure in length. It was
noted that reports would be sent to the Council
on major improvements.
