a group to watch each other's homes in order to Councilmembers.

Attorney Meyers discussed a court case regarding
a dog which was a Public Nuisance.
Blanchard: Asked if anything had been heard
regarding Sun Rise Enterprises. Clerk /Admin-
istrator Pauley stated that he would talk
with Official Rose on this matter.
It was stated that Josey Warren, Planning Commission
Member, would be attending the Wetland Conference
in place of the Mayor.
Discussion in length took place regarding the
Wetland Ordinance No. 301. It was stated that this
item would be placed on next Monday's agenda for
discussion.
Discussion also took place regarding eliminating
Bayport Acres from the Wetlands Map.
Clerk /Administrator Pauley briefly discussed 19. Report of City
Resolution No. 1298, Acceptance of Sanitary Administrator
Sewer Main, Water Main, Storm Water Drainage,
and Street Improvements required under Development
Agreement 79 -29.
Councilmember Forslund stated that she feels that
it should be a policy of the Council that they have
reports first from the engineers.
Consensus was to wait until a written report
was received and delay until next meeting.
MOTION: Councilmember Hodges made a motion, 20. Adjournment.
seconded by Councilmember Forslund to adjourn.
