knita Benda, of the North Suburban Cable Commission,
reported on the progress the Commission has made
to date. She added that they hope to be approved
in early 1982.
Mayor McCarty asked if each City would have con-
trol over the 5% revenue generated. Ms. Benda
replied that it was set up for the individual
cities to have control, for cable tv related
purposes.
Bob Glazer, 2625 Hillview Road, asked how the
wiring would be put in. Mayor McCarty replied
that they will use existing easements where
possible, whether overhead or underground, and
that future wiring would be done underground.
Mayor McCarty closed the public hearing and
reopened the regular meeting at 8:47 PM.
Motion /Second: Hodges /Blanchard to adopt,
as corrected, Resolution No. 1297 and waive
the reading.

Mayor McCarty closed the regular meeting and
opened the public hearing for a conditional
use permit for a motor freight terminal, at
8:48 PM.
Official Rose gave the Staff report concern-
ing the application. He stated that Tyson
Truck Lines has requested to construct a
truck terminal /distribution center /office
facility, which will require a conditional
use permit.
Mr. Tyson stated that his firm ships mainly
candy and paper products, and that the
terminal would serve approximately 20 trucks
per day. He reviewed their operation.
Walter Butler identified himself as the
engineer for the project and reviewed all
the criteria they had considered in design-
ing the project, especially the concern
for noise. He pointed out that the side
of the Distribution Center that faces the
:railer park will have only the minimum
exists as required by the Fire Department,
the trucks will travel between 3 and 5 MPH
on the property, and loading and unloading
will be done on the other side. He added
