Councilmember Blanchard explained that she had been on the Planning Commission when the proposal had originally been brought before the City, so she was familiar with it and had voted on it previously. Official Rose stated he would like Council autho- rization for Attorney Meyers to review condominium laws and State laws, as requested by the Planning Commission relative to the request of Wayne Herr Construction Co. Motion /Second: Hodges /Forslund to authorize Attorney Meyers to look into and provide informa- tion on the Wayne Herr Construction Co. application, as requested by the Planning Commission. 5 ayes 0 nays Official Rose reported that Planning Commissioner Glazer had requested that the City fund his $45 entry fee for the Wetlands conference. Notion /Second: Forslund /Blanchard to grant the request of Mr. Glazer, with the fee to come from the contingency fund. 5 ayes 0 nays Official Rose reported that the Comprehensive Plan would be discussed at an upcoming agenda session. Mayor McCarty polled the Council and no one had any problems or questions regarding the redraft. Motion /Second: Doty /Hodges to have the first reading of Ordinance No. 305 Amending Ordinance No. 301 Relating to Wetlands and Providing for Permits for the Developement of Lands Affected by Wetlands. A rollcall vote was taken: Councilmember Forslund - aye Councilmember Blanchard - aye Councilmember Doty - aye Councilmember Hodges - aye Mayor McCarty - aye 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried Motion Carried 19.
