The consent agenda is a technique designed to expedite handling
of routine and miscellaneous official business of the City Council.
The entire agenda may be adopted by the Council in one motion. The
motion for adoption is non - debatable and must receive unanimous
approval. By request of any individual Councilmember, any item can
be removed from the consent agenda and placed upon the regular agenda
for debate.
ITEM A. Adopt Resolution No. 1305 - Authorizing Agreement with
Clerk - Administrator Relating to Deferred Compensation
ITEM B. Authorize Mayor and Clerk - Administrator to Enter into
Agreement for Engineering Services with Short, Elliott,
Hendrickson, Inc.
ITEM C. Approve Two (2) Days Paid Leave for Parks, Recreation,
and Forestry Director Anderson to Attend National Forum
on Innovative Programming
ITEM D. Accept Delivery of Two (2) 1981 Ford Fairmonts from
Midway Ford and Authorize Payment of $13,842.00
