has presented the final plat and Staff has
prepared the necessary resolutions and
development agreement, and reviewed them.
Motion /Second: Hodges /Blanchard to approve the
final_plat of the Richard Charbonneau Addition,
adopting Resolution No. 1316, accepting
Development Agreement 81 -46 as amended, and
adopting Resolution No. 1315, and waive the
reading of the resolutions.
