fficial Rose reported that Tyson Trucking
as requested to be placed on the July 13
agenda, to discuss both tax exempt financing
and to present the data of a study being
done concerning a potential noise problem
on the property they would like to develop.
Motion /Second: McCarty /Hodges to set a
public hearing in reference to the proposed
changes to the Tyson Trucking development on
July 13, 1981 at 7:50 PM, and for the tax
exempt financing, adopting Resolution No. 1323
and waive the reading.

Official Rose discussed the improvements that
are currently being made to the Edgewood School
property. He stated that the MWCC would like
to give a parcel of land to the school, where
their lift station is located, and with the
way the law reads, they must first give it back
to the City, and then the City give it to the
school. He added that he was also discussing
the possibility of the MWCC giving another
parcel of land to the City to use fora cold
torage building.
Motion /Second: McCarty /Doty to direct the
Building and Zoning Official to pursue nego-
tiations with the MWCC for cold storage space.

Motion /Second: McCarty /Forslund to authorize
the City Attorney to continue negotiations with
the MWCC to expedite the property transfer to
the school.

Official Rose requested Council approval for
the general contractors license for E. T. Hughes,
which had not been included in the development
agreement which had been approved earlier.
Motion /Second: Blanchard /Doty to approve the
general construction license of E. T. Hughes
for license year 1982.
