coverage and requested that their license be
revoked.
Motion /Second: Doty /Forslund to revoke the
license of Future Fence on the grounds that
they have failed to provide insurance.

Official Rose reported that he had received
a letter from the attorney of Tyson Trucking,
expressing concern with the SDM charge for
their proposed development.
Mayor McCarty replied that the SDM charge has
presented problems many times and suggested
that the Council discuss it at their next
agenda session.
Official Rose discussed his memo to the
Council regarding the Water Quality Management
Plan.

Attorney Meyers reported that he had researched
Laws 1980, regarding subdivision laws, per the
Council's request, and summarized his findings.
Attorney Meyers reported that he had been request-
ed to provide the police reports to the widow of
the homicide victim from the Launching Pad, and
that he had denied the request, due to the privacy
laws, and that the City is now being sued to have
them released. He explained that if he had
released them, the City could also have been sued
by the individual involved in the case. He added
that they will await a judge's opinion on whether
they should be released.
Attorney Meyers reported that he had read the draft
Master Plan for the Anoka County Airport and reviewed
it.
